Donielle Brasure, PT, DPT, NCS 

Donielle earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2001 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Arcadia University in 2011.

She has focused her career primarily in the outpatient setting, with a strong emphasis on vestibular rehabilitation.

In 2008, Donielle received her Certification in Vestibular Assessment and Management from the American Institute of Balance, followed by a Certification in Concussion Assessment and Management in 2016.

In the spring of 2025, she earned the prestigious designation of Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS), joining a select group of fewer than 3,000 PTs nationwide with this board certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).

Donielle has served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Technical and Community College since 2010, teaching courses in neurology, anatomy, vestibular rehabilitation, and aquatic therapy.

She has also contributed to research on the use of virtual reality in diagnosing and treating vestibular disorders and concussions at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center/National Intrepid Center of Excellence.

In 2018, she attended the inaugural International Conference for Vestibular Rehabilitation, gaining insight into global treatment strategies.

Donielle joined our team in June 2019 and continues to bring advanced clinical expertise and a passion for neurologic and vestibular care to our practice.

Biography

Donielle is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) with advanced training in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. She holds a DPT from Arcadia University and has been practicing since 2001, with certifications from the American Institute of Balance. A member of our team since 2019, Donielle also teaches neurology and vestibular rehab as an adjunct professor and brings research experience from Walter Reed to her patient care.
